AI assistant
Last updated February 4, 2026
Have questions about your diagnostic results? The AI assistant is built right into your report and already knows everything about your system. Just ask what you want to know—whether it's explaining a specific finding, suggesting how to fix an issue, or helping you decide what to tackle first. It's like having a tech-savvy friend who can see exactly what's happening with your computer.
Getting personalized help
The AI assistant is a chat feature built into your online report that understands your complete diagnostic results. Unlike generic tech support, it already knows your exact hardware configuration, what issues were found, and how your system is performing. This means you can ask questions in plain English and get answers tailored to your specific situation rather than generic advice.
To use the AI assistant, open your report at quickfix.ai/report, click "Get Support" in the report header, and type your question. You'll get real-time responses based on your specific diagnostic data.
What you can ask
The AI assistant works best when you're specific about what you want to know. You might ask practical questions like "Why is my computer running slow?" or "How do I free up storage space?" It can also help with decision-making and prioritizing which problems to address first.
Limitations to keep in mind
The AI assistant provides information and guidance, but it can't make changes to your system or access files on your computer—it only sees the diagnostic data from your scan. Think of it as a knowledgeable advisor rather than a repair tool. For serious hardware failures, you may still need professional help—but the AI can help you understand what's wrong and what your options are before you seek service.
There's a rate limit of 30 messages per minute to ensure fair access for everyone, though this is more than enough for any normal conversation.
