• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase
• Usage limits reset based on your billing cycle

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect current subscribers until their next renewal period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate spam, harassment, or abusive content
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Use the Service for any automated or commercial scraping
• Generate misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content

We do not store your conversations or AI-generated responses. All data is processed in real-time and not retained on our servers after delivery.

For business customers, our Data Processing Agreement outlines our responsibilities as a data processor and compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated content will be accurate or appropriate
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors or defects will be corrected

You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before use. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from your use of AI-generated responses.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUICKFIX AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Damages resulting from AI-generated content
• Third-party claims arising from your use of the Service

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quickfix AI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quickfix AI is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
