System requirements

Quickfix AI works on most Mac and Windows computers made in the last several years. Whether you have an Intel Mac, an M1/M2/M3/M4 Mac, or a Windows PC with any modern processor, the app runs natively without any extra software or special setup. You don't need admin rights to install or run it, and it uses very little system resources.

Overview

Quickfix AI is designed to run on most modern computers without special requirements. The app needs minimal resources—about 100 MB of disk space and 4 GB of RAM—and works on both Intel and ARM architectures.

macOS requirements

Quickfix AI is distributed as a universal binary, meaning it runs natively on both Intel and Apple Silicon Macs without requiring Rosetta translation. Apple Silicon Macs (M1, M2, M3, M4) will see slightly faster scan times due to the efficient architecture. No special permissions or admin password is required—the app uses publicly available system APIs to gather diagnostic data.

Windows requirements

We provide separate builds for x64 and ARM64 architectures. The ARM64 build runs natively on Surface Pro X, Snapdragon laptops, and other ARM Windows devices. No administrator rights are required for installation or scanning.
